Archtop Electric


  • historically significant, early electric archtop
        guitar (almost identical in appearance to the
        late 30's Nat'l "Chicagoan")

  • split-bar pickup uniquely mounted, in part,
        under the bridge

  • hollow bodied guitar with no f-holes, or other
        sound hole(s)
  • tobacco sunburst finish

  • single-ply creme binding on top, back,
        fretboard, headstock & pickguard

  • spruce top; maple back & sides; & cedar
        V-shaped neck

  • rosewood fretboard with pearl dot inlay

  • wood-grained veneer on headstock with pearl
        etched "DOBRO" logo across the top

  • plastic wood-grained pickguard (matching
        the headstock veneer, but worn & faded)

  • small, round bakelite control knobs on lower
        treble bout

  • adjustable rosewood bridge

  • small trapeze tailpiece

  • individaul open tuners
